Experience and commitment to the forest
Founded in 2015, VEPALDOP — Unipessoal, Lda. brings together more than four decades of experience in forestry operations, valorisation of woody materials and charcoal production.
We provide specialised services in forestry management and maintenance, fuel-break management, land clearing, pruning, controlled tree felling, shredding of residues and green-space maintenance.
Our operational capacity relies on multidisciplinary teams made up of climbers, chainsaw operators, brushcutter and shredder operators, tractor drivers, machine operators, gardeners and other qualified professionals. This specialisation allows us to carry out interventions of different scale and complexity, safely and rigorously.
We produce and market firewood and charcoal for domestic use and for the professional HoReCa channel, with distribution from north to south of the country through large retailers, wholesalers and distributors.
Raw material comes from duly authorised forestry operations, contributing to the sanitation of forest stands, fire prevention and the sustainable valorisation of forest resources.
The FSC® and PEFC certification standards reinforce our commitment to traceability, best practices and responsible forest management.
